Module 2: Law of Obligations

All persons without a legal qualification who have done the Introductory / Module 1 courses in Arbitration, Mediation and Adjudication are invited to participate in an online training programme offered by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators on the LAW OF OBLIGATIONS. This course provides an understanding of the relevant principles in the law of tort and the law of contract in the context of how disputes may arise and be resolved. It is designed to consider both common and civil law jurisdictional principles to give a solid grounding to all practitioners.

Tutorials starts on 2 May, 2026

Fees: ZMW 9,000 or USD360, Assessment Fee: GBP 342  

The assessment will be held on 17 September, 2026

Successful participants will be eligible to apply for Module 3 (Fellow).

Members of the public intending to pursue any of the above training are invited to submit their curriculum vitae to the undersigned on or before the Friday, 28th February 2025.
